Before they started They walked through and assured me they would pay extra care and attention to the traffic area and stains. They worked well together and took their time making sure I was aware of their process and extra cleaning steps for soiled areas. Communication was wonderful and in the end they wanted to be sure I was very pleased with the results. I can now delay replacing my white carpeting. YAY!
