When we met Carole on Saturday, she had already done a search using our parameters and generated a list of potential houses. Since I am a SF native and we had been to many open houses on our own, Carole felt we were already ahead of the game and expressed confidence in us. She advised us to check out open houses the next day and email her a summary of all the houses we would see.
