Appointments routinely run an hour behind, which feels disrespectful of patients' time and makes visits unnecessarily inconvenient. Although my insurance paid in full for my treatments, their billing company repeatedly sent me invoices for charges that had already been covered. I ended up spending hours gathering documentation to prove payments that should have been correctly processed on their end. The office manager is extremely difficult to deal with--unprofessional, dismissive, and nearly impossible to reach. Getting through by phone to schedule or adjust appointments is a challenge in itself. To be fair, I have no complaints about the doctors' clinical care. My issue is that they allow these operational problems to continue within their practice. If you don't mind waiting well past your scheduled appointment time, avoiding phone communication altogether, and dealing with double billing and an unhelpful office manager, then the medical treatment itself is decent.
