I enjoyed our chat while he was treating my plantar fasciitis and the office staff is very pleasant. While he did provide relief from the pain in my heel and a comprehensive list of footwear to get to avoid future issues, I was not satisfied with the discussion around my toenails and whether they should be cut away or not. My candid experience with this podiatry office: I was a…read morepatient here for about a year, and there are several consistent issues worth noting. Appointments routinely run an hour behind, which feels disrespectful of patients' time and makes visits unnecessarily inconvenient. Although my insurance paid in full for my treatments, their billing company repeatedly sent me invoices for charges that had already been covered. I ended up spending hours gathering documentation to prove payments that should have been correctly processed on their end. The office manager is extremely difficult to deal with--unprofessional, dismissive, and nearly impossible to reach. Getting through by phone to schedule or adjust appointments is a challenge in itself. To be fair, I have no complaints about the doctors' clinical care. My issue is that they allow these operational problems to continue within their practice. If you don't mind waiting well past your scheduled appointment time, avoiding phone communication altogether, and dealing with double billing and an unhelpful office manager, then the medical treatment itself is decent. But the overall patient experience leaves a lot to be desired.

The office is beautiful. But care that I received was wonderful. The podiatrist and I talked in great detail about the types of shoes that I was wearing in relation to the pain that I was experiencing and I found that it was very helpful. Her information and her recommendations were right on point. I would like to continue seeing this provider as well as my other one but I don't think that's appropriate. So some decisions have to be made. But either way it's not a bad choice to check out this provider she's great for office stuff is great process with seamless and quick.
