Very professional, and they offer flat rate fees. Would highly recommend him for legal counsel.

Dishonest 21SL-PR02709…read more My mom hired Dominic for multiple cases since 2016. During that time, she made him aware of our unique family dynamic. My grandparents were in a 10+ year fight to get divorced but my mom and grandmother bought the house next to Grampy to keep both my grandparents out of nursing homes, and to keep our family owning our street for 4 generations now. So, it made sense to ask Dominic if he could do probate when my grandfather passed unexpectedly. Unfortunately, my grandmother worked on her estate first. During that time, they decided to put everything into her trust even if it was actually purchased by and belonged to other family members. My mom had to go to an appointment with my grandmother almost a year later to get probate started, a month before the court deadline. That was in 2021 and we are not near settling in 2023. My mom was included in communication until late 2022 when she pointed out that my grandmother was not being honest about property inventory and ownership. We didn't want anything other than the house we bought with my grandmother in our names too. Then the joint tenancy would pass to us as it did to her. But since then, we have found out that it is just hers now. Domnic and my grandmother decided to cease all communication with us rather than addressing the discrepancy. It's very hard and expensive to find a lawyer who wants to litigate things like this, so we now have to be prepared to start over because we have no legal right to our home. We have also been locked out of our own things that are on Grampy's property because she owns that now too and we are excommunicated. I cannot express how much this has hurt our family and how important it is to address these things before it's too late. If your family has a cooperative or unique situation, this is not the lawyer to trust. With Dominics help, my grandmother has rewritten history and completely disregarded my grandfather's wishes and family history that was passed to her.

I regret not doing my research when searching for a bankruptcy lawyer. It's my first time filing…read moreand I'm not familiar with all the rules. I got behind on my mortgage and when in bankruptcy it's worse than being a regular homeowner, essentially I had less than 30 days to provide ~$3500 to my trustee. I was trying to figure out the best course of action and didn't get much of an answer. My hearing was on a Monday and I heard from the attorney Friday night at 9pm. Then one month later my car has a blown head gasket. I have to purchase a new car- again, in bankruptcy this is a whole process and you're obviously not treated like a normal borrower. In the state of Missouri it is supposed to take approximately 21 days to have a Motion to Obtain debt approved by a judge. Next week will be 90 days & I'm out here taking Ubers to work. There's a huge lack of communication from this office. When they want their money they couldn't care less about your personal hardships and you must pay NOW but when you need something they expect you to be patient and understanding....people quit, somebody is working 12 hour days, somebody has medical issues etc. I thought I paid them to work for me?? But I was wrong.
