I have spoken with nearly everyone in that office, including Charles, and this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with an insurance provider. I own and insure a 35 employee business and property, as well as a bunch of personal and commercial vehicles, all through Hartzell. They also provide me with excess coverage. My point is, my insurance needs are very varied and Hartzell is equipped to deal with all of them.
