The women that answer the phones are short with you and extremely rude. I called to ask why my policy went up $150 and the woman said " I can't tell you why" so then I asked to cancel my policy she said "I can't do that" and I said who handles this then and she said " I'm trying to figure that out myself". What a joke. If Maya wants to continue her practice she should strongly reevaluate her team and consider responding to internal customer service about refunds. I have been waiting months for $300 and have to take them to court.
