We gave half of the funds upfront for materials at the same time a contract was drawn up. The company failed to show up on the initiation date listed on the contract. We tried over and over to get in touch with them, however communication was limited and we were told they were busy completing another project. On the day our project was to be completed, I was contacted by the business owner's girlfriend and told they were not interested in completing our project. Our money was to be returned, however never showed up (despite them lying and saying they sent it) and no one will respond to our calls or texts. These people are total scam artists. Stay away.

Called Tri County door and they agreed to come out for a $65 service fee. While I wasn't too happy about such a steep fee to get someone out here to tell me what I already knew (hey your garage door is broken and it needs a cable), I couldn't really argue. They came as scheduled and Rickie had our door fixed in about an hour. Here's what I was really happy about - he found the cable wasn't broken but just needed to be put back on the pulley. So no parts charges and his integrity was definitely a cost savings to us! Kudos to these guys. The honesty of their tech saved us money in the end and that is definitely worth more than anything else to us!
