I stayed here recently as I was in town to run the Sand Hollow Marathon. Since the race started and…read moreended only a couple of blocks away, this was a very convenient location. If you've found yourself at this motel, you're probably looking for a bargain. It had the cheapest room rate that I could find in the area. Since I was a WorldMark owner, the price of a 1 king bed suite was the same as a regular room, so I opted for the suite. Checking in was quick and painless. My room was on the second floor. It was more than adequate for someone traveling solo and only needing the room for a one-night stay. I found everything to be in good working order and relatively clean. However, everything was definitely showing its age. Tape was used to hold the air conditioning unit together. Also I found it odd that the TV cabinet in the bedroom was missing a TV. While I liked the low cost and that there were several nearby food options from which to choose, I might want to stay elsewhere if I find myself coming back here in the future.

I talked to cooperate customer care and turns out the hotel rebooked me. So they could charge me. This is an unauthorized charge. I did not confirm this. I am planning to take legal action. Who knows who else this has happened to.

We booked the "Amazing" view room. I also loved that there's a hike down to the. Virgin River that runs below the houses! The only two things I would say: 1. There was a built in cooktop pictured online. When we got there, it was only a plug-in single burner/hot plate, so just beware if you plan to cook a lot! 2. We booked our stay through the CapitalOne travel portal and used miles to pay for it. When we got there, on their end it showed up not being paid, so we never got an email with our check in information. This was of course not their fault, and we got it figured out, but just a warning for any CapitalOne cardholders, I would book this hotel through their website and not CapitalOne! Overall, we had a really great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

It's the perfect location if you plan to visit the springs (which I also recommend). The space has everything you need to be comfortable and even prepare some small meals. It's lacking a dining table-you can either eat outside with the very small cocktail table or inside at the coffee table. There's a portable burner in place of a stove, which works ok for small things. There's a cool eco-friendly coffee maker. This area gets a ton of wind and is right off the highway, so it can be loud. The owners obviously anticipated this, since they provided earplugs for guests. There is extra bedding, but it's a thin blanket and in the winter months it can get a little chilly. The keyless door worked ok as long as you have one hand to pull the door handle tight and the other to punch in the code. Overall, it's a fun place to stay in a convenient location. The view of the canyon out back was my favorite part and watching the colors of the sunset was mesmerizing.

4 stars! I was…read moresleeping on the pull out and did have an issue with the comforter of it - in that it was not comfortable at all! I am someone who can typically sleep anywhere so that is saying something. I really could not get to sleep and there were already 3 people in the King size bed. Around right before midnight, I looked into booking my own room for the night. With it being so late, it was only like $90 - and I signed up for something that gave me an extra 20% off so I only paid about $80 for a King size room. They upgraded me too since there ended up not being any regular King size rooms available so that was awesome. The bed was so comfortable and spacious (especially since just me enjoying it), and I loved that you could control the air condition in the room. I ended up calling the next morning and extending for the other 2 nights we were staying (originally I was buying an air mattress to just put in place of the pull out couch for the other 2 nights). They could not offer that steal of a deal but I signed up for their Wyndham rewards and still got some discount which was nice. The service was great - everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was clean and nice. The breakfast had a variety which was nice - cereal, muffins, waffles, eggs, sausage, basic breakfast drinks, bagels, etc. All your basics for a continental breakfast. The 1 star was knocked simply just for the pull out not being comfortable to sleep on so I had to spend more money for something - whether it was a room for 1 night and an air mattress from target the other 2 OR the route I took of my own room now for the 3 nights total. I'd absolutely be back though in my own room again!

Definitely a nice stay. I would certainly stay here again. Very convenient location to Zion…read morenational Park. The staff was great, the room was clean just like the reviews report it. The area felt safe. The gym was clean and nothing was broken! And the room was comfortable. Oh, and breakfast was decent too.
