The bedrooms were huge, with a king sized bed and twin bed in each, so you could easily sleep 6 adults here, and more if people were willing to do air mattresses in the living room. The bathrooms were great, and fully stocked with many towels. Great shower and bath tub. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook, including a crock pot and waffle maker! They ever had a pancake/waffle mix out on the counter which was so cute. The tv was easy to use and had lots of app options. The blinds worked great to keep out the sun. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen is huge! The street was very quiet, and the little town had a few nice restaurants and was only minutes away from the main drag in Hurricane. I am so happy my husband found this place, what a score! Honestly my only negative notes are nitpicking - one of the twin bed frames was loose and creaky and could use some tightening. The ceiling fan in our room was stuck on the highest mode and we couldn't adjust it. Tiny things like that, but nothing to take away from what a phenomenal experience we had. We don't go to Zion often which is kind of a shame because I would totally stay here again.

Its always squeaky clean, has comfortable king bed and best of all - a fenced backyard with grass. We so look forward to stopping here after a long day of driving. The back fence is 4ft tall which works fine for us as our big dogs are not jumpers. Also, nice patch of grass. It's on a fairly busy street so the front room has a bit of street noise but it doesn't bother us at all. It's a 2 bed/2 bath both ensuites with king beds. Everything you would need in the kitchen, cozy living room area with a small TV. Lots of places to eat in Hurricane which is 5 min away. Highly recommend. So grateful we don't have to walk the dogs on leashes (yucko) - just open the front door and shoo them in - then they can roam around the backyard safely. We will be back again and again!

Everyone at check in was so so kind. We loved our stay. We stayed in stargazer two and the mesh stargazing area is incredible. We laid out on it at night and could not get over what a cool experience that alone was. Decor is top notch. The privacy of each unit was actually incredibly comfortable. The ac is fantastic. Getting to stargazer 2 was easy but possibly challenging for those with mobility challenges in regards to stairs. The jacuzzi and fire pit were so fun. Oh and the smores kit was such a nice touch as well as the welcome basket. We travel a lot and this place has it dialed in. Truly. Cold waters in the fridge upon arrival - ahhhh. So what would I add - a wellness spa for massages, on site morning yoga, sound bathing, etc.... I might add a very modern pool or one that incorporates nature. Lastly I'd recommend a type of gnat spray provided to guests. At dawn and sunset they are incredibly active. Overall this place is nothing short of incredible and its founders should be very proud of what they have created. The effort in creating Open Sky is very much noticed. The chicken Caesar and grilled cheese we ordered were delicious. Nice lawn with games and fire pits that they light every night at dusk, and really good s'mores!

I've stayed at Zipn Wildflower twice now : first back in November 2020 when they were just getting…read morestarted. At that time, it was mainly bungalows, no pool, no yurts, still very early stages. Just came back this week after a 3-night stay with a group--3 families, 6 adults, and 4 kids and it's been really cool to see how much it's evolved. The location is solid, about a 15-20 minute drive to Zion National Park, which made getting in and out super easy. The bungalows are a great size, clean, comfortable, and well put together. Customer service was great the entire stay. One of the highlights was the vibe at night, hanging around the fire pits while the kids made s'mores... just a really good atmosphere overall. They also offered a late checkout option for $50, which extended checkout from 11am to 2pm, super convenient when you're traveling with a group and kids. Only reason I'm not giving it 4 stars is the lack of EV chargers. I've stayed at other spots nearby that offer charging, and it makes a big difference. The closest charger being about 20 minutes away is definitely inconvenient. Outside of that, it was a great stay and we'd come back again.

We had booked a stay at Flanigan's in May 2026 with the intention to hike Angel's Landing and the…read moreNarrows. Leading up to our stay, Flanigan's sent me a ton of e-mails trying to upsell us on spa treatments, restaurant reservations, etc. On the flip side, I asked them multiple times if we would be able to leave our car parked at the hotel while we did one overnight on the Narrows and never got a response. This is an ongoing theme with these guys - their number one concern is cash and what they can get out of their guests, not the guests themselves. Two days before my stay, I got a "pre-registration" e-mail. This one included requests for things like credit card for the deposit, check in time, etc. This form I actually filled out and returned to Flanigan's. The next day (the day before I was meant to stay at Flanigan's) I got a phone call from them which I ignored. I subsequently got an e-mail from them saying that "per my request, my reservation was cancelled". Needless to say, I had NOT asked to cancel my reservation. I immediately responded and was told that the credit card I had given was declined and it is Flanigan's policy to cancel reservations in that case. Here's the kicker, though, they had charged the credit card I had used when I booked the reservation, NOT the one that I had given them in their stupid "pre-registration" e-mail. They hadn't even looked at that. They tried the credit card from the time of booking, gave me one phone call while I was at work, and then just cancelled the reservation. The day before we were supposed to go. The genius behind this effort was Garn Henderson. Garn would not accept anything but me calling them to update the card. They wouldn't even bother to charge the card that I had given them on the pre-registration form. When Garn proved completely useless, I was forwarded to resort manager Cade Campbell who proved to be the single worst resort professional I have ever met. Cade refused to apologize and, again, charge the card that I had given them and told me that Flanigan's has to resort to this policy because they're holding so many "high value rooms". A minute-long search on Trivago showed that this was a straight-up lie and that Flanigan's had all kinds of rooms available. They're just too lazy, rude, and unhelpful to bother to do the right thing. It got so bad that I told Cade to just go ahead and keep our reservation cancelled. The story has a happy ending as we found a great room at the Springhill Suites which was $200 cheaper and had staff that was wonderful and helpful. After we got to Springdale, we actually saw Flanigan's and it was clear that this place just bills itself as a "resort" so that it can charge a markedly higher price. It's indistinguishable from the Springhill Suites or the Best Western Plus. Just stay at one of those places and avoid this dump.

We went to the spa daily and also tried out their affiliated restaurant Spotted Dog. Both places are must do's too! But my favorite thing about this place is it appears there's a veteran neighbor: a deer that was there in the garden hanging out in the shade every day!! It was so cute!

This is a MUST STOP if your an "off roader" and you want to explore this area The owners Shane and Kalie were so helpful and seemed like great people! Zion Lodge was a really nice place to take a break during our day at Zion. We got off at shuttle…read morestop 5, and everything was right there, so we didn't have to walk far just to find food or a restroom. The stop is also convenient for the Emerald Pools trailhead, which is directly across the road. We grabbed some food and drinks and relaxed outside on the large lawn with an amazing view of the canyon walls. There are several choices depending on what you're looking for such as Red Rock Grill for a sit down meal, Castle Dome Café for coffee, quick meals and snacks, and a seasonal Beer Garden for cold drinks. The café also has a small market with grab and go food, picnic items and trail snacks! The lodge also has a gift shop, water filling stations, and restrooms both inside the building and next to the shuttle stop. After spending hours walking around the park, having everything in one convenient area is a huge plus! There are also lodge rooms and cabins for overnight guests, although we only stopped for food and drinks. Zion Lodge is a comfortable and convenient stopping point in the middle of the park. The food was solid, the atmosphere was relaxed, and sitting outside surrounded by Zion's scenery made the visit memorable! We saw a few Turkeys! Definitely worth getting off the shuttle for a break, even if you aren't staying at the lodge
