I have had a policy with State Farm and this particular office since 1981. This year I received a letter letting me know that that policy was going to be canceled in less than 2 weeks if I did not pay on the policy. I had NEVER paid on that policy (due to the way my loved one had set it up). I called and contacted the office. Over the next week, I was told different things, back and forth, back and forth-spoke with two different people from this State Farm office. I ended up moving my policy to another State Farm Office. I should have just closed the policy but...since it was set up by a loved one that is no longer with me, it is sentimental to me (and State Farm Insurance did not do anything wrong per se. If communication, transparency and not being "snowballed" into a generic answer is important to you, do not use this office. I still have not received a clear answer about what happened. read more

In my experience they're unwilling to admit to making a mistake nor take measures to correct it- which is not a quality I want involved when I need competent insurance representation. Sadly, the worst experience I've had with a State Farm representative in many years of doing business with the company. Deceitful and lazy day-to-day business practices that permeate the entire culture of this office from Mark to his associates. read more
