State Farm agents can't shop policies like independent agents often can, but I usually find that their rates are as good or better than most others, and their coverage is usually top notch for the price. When I've run into difficulties within the limitations of State Farm's policies (corporate issue, no fault of the local agents) Ray has been helpful in helping me look for other solutions.
