The price dropped again recently and I called to see if offers could be put in or had to be in auction.com. He stated he took it off Auction.com and offers could be placed through a realtor. I signed a contract with realtor to put in an offer. The response my realtor received was that all transactions had to go through auction.com. This man is the most unethical realtor I have ever had an experience with. He is a liar and a poor excuse for a professional. I know why he sells foreclosed homes because if he had to deal with real people he would be having to have a side job to pay his bills. Auction.com requires a $1000.00 deposit to bid which I don't trust we would get back if the bid was not accepted because of this man's ethical improprieties. So the house will sit. He gets a one star because yelp requires it.
