I had legitimate questions about the condition of the listing. The agent was THE ONLY PERSON WHO COULD ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I asked the Burke agent specific questions over and over about the property, especially the roof. She would not answer my questions and would not allow me to inspect the property, including something so simple as a roof inspection. The agent was evasive and devious..."make me an offer and then you can inspect the property." Burke had ALL THE POWER as the listing agent. The upshot is that I wasted lots of time and $500 in inspection fees that revealed problems that the agent could have EASILY REVEALED to me had she been honest and forthright. I strongly believe that ALL CONSUMERS deserve real estate agents who are HONEST, especially when they are the listing agents like Burke was. That is why I urge unsuspecting consumers to avoid this company. I have tried on two occasions to communicate with this company. Their response is to block me, suppress the truth.
