It was a very short closing window so we had sold off all the things needed to maintain the property in addition to other high ticket items (garage lift, vehicles, etc). The potential buyer had excuse after excuse for why he couldn't produce the funds, Troy urged us to keep waiting for funds. We hired an attorney who found that the potential buyer had a number of lawsuits against him and it would not be advantageous to pursue legal action. Troy continued to press us to keep waiting for the potential buyer to produce funds and made it difficult to get out of the contract. Never once did Troy apologize or acknowledge the emotional and substantial financial impact this had on our family. I strongly discouraged using Troy Trumm or the Trumm Team.

That early interaction was representative of the communication and patience Ben showed throughout the process. We were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted on the only house we looked at.
