Cathy, the front desk receptionist, was exceptionally pleasant. The doctor evaluated my condition and thoroughly explained what to expect. On the day of the procedure, I was taken on time. There were 2 assistants, Susan and Olivia, in the room with me who were gentle and reassuring. They assured me that the procedure would be pain free, and it was. The doctor was very professional and quick as he explained what he was doing. At the conclusion of the appointment, I was given printed instructions and post operative supplies. No one wants to have oral surgery, but Dr. Ladman and his staff made this an easy experience. I recuperated quickly with no complications whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Ladman.

I had my mouth open for 90 minutes while he attempted to get it out and left half of the tooth in my mouth. I walked in to the doctors office and Kelly got all my info. I also had an infection and had started taking antibiotics. Doc walks in, tells me he is going to take it out then and there to stop the pain and ten minutes later I was done. Easy peasy. Additionally, due to the unprofessional, unethical, and breach of services, I have filed a complaint with the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry. on 12.29 Dr Mc Elroy pulled a tooth. I needed another pulled. He had my xrays since 2/12/26. I set up another appointment to have a second tooth extracted. The next appointment to have the second tooth pulled was set for yesterday 3/12/26. A month and a half later. When he walked into the dental room where I had been waiting. He said to be "back again". I said yep, round two. he looked closely at my tooth and say a possible infection, he took another look at the exray, and commented and confirmed the tooth he was going to pull. In great regret, I had told him I was meeting with my dentist next week to work out a plan for estimates. He said he could do a "bone graft" for implants. I told him I just want the tooth pulled and did not even want to discuss and other surgical work, be it implants or bone grafts. I am on social security and not about to spend money i currently do not have When I made it clear I was there for just a tooth removal and not a bone graft, on any additional appointment. he got up and said I would have make another appointment.
