I refinanced with an online lender but wanted to close with a local title company. My experience…read morewith the online lender was terrible with multiple closing cancellations and a delay in getting the closing documents to the title company. Land Title in Loveland was wonderful and understanding. They worked with me to reschedule my closing multiple times and were always patient and extremely professional, even with getting final disclosures just hours before closing.
