I explicitly stated that I was there for my annual physical when checking in. Because the visit was not coded as an annual physical, my health insurance doesn't cover it or the lab tests. Doctor tells me to talk to the front desk. Front desk says talk to billing. Billing says the doctor has to recode the visit. Round and round for 6 months.

After 30 mins late I called and apparently my APRN wasn't available and the main doctor decided to (without a telehealth care appointment) change 15 year old prescriptions to a lowered dose and another prescription I didn't need. This was the highest rated doc in the town and now she must use AI to diagnose patients. I have heard this from other people as I will be going elsewhere and I reccomend never going there.
