No problem, we were early. Well 40 minutes goes by, still no agent. I call the office and they play dumb as to why he isn't there. It's a Drakeley that is supposed to be meeting us. We decided to leave. We never heard from them as to why they never came. We are selling our house and are not using them. I feel they are more concerned with more expensive houses and don't want to be bothered with us pions .

Anyway, we saw a house one morning and decided to drive out to see it. We liked it and wanted to have a closer look. We called the number on the For Sale sign. Mary Ann Bennett, the listing agent, answered. When she heard we were at the property she said she could be there in 5 minutes. She then asked if we were working with an agent and we said we hadn't gotten that far yet. She came right over, let us into the house and before we had a second to look at anything she tried to pressure us into signing something that said she was the only agent we were working with. I'm not one to sign a contract in this way nor were we willing to say that we wouldn't hire an agent to help us through the buying process. Mary Ann snapped back that this was why she asked us if we were working with anyone. Going further she stated that if we were working with an agent that person should be there working instead of her. It was so rude my husband and I were stunned. We stated that we would be happy to leave. She paused and said "just look at it". We started to look around and just decided to leave. She was so disrespectful. There were many ways for her to deal with us that weren't rude. I feel bad for the people who are using her as their agent.

He is, without a doubt, the most patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented realtor I've ever worked with (and just a lovely person to boot). Roman took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to ensure that every option aligned with our needs. He made us feel comfortable and confident at every step - always listening, answering questions with care, and offering practical advice when viewing apartments. When we finally found *our* apartment, he was with us every step of the way, helping us assemble an outstanding team of professionals who made the process seamless. He expertly managed the complex coop application, ensuring that we felt completely organized and prepared at each stage. Having him in our corner when we encountered roadblocks or issues, made the overwhelming moments feel far more manageable. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance in helping us find our forever home and for the team he built around us. I wholeheartedly recommend Roman to anyone searching for an apartment or home (and have already done so multiple times). Do yourself a favor--work with Roman!

Other realitors flew in an out, while the agent stayed alone near the entry or in her car. While the agent was always nice, there was no ability to market or even adequately and correctly respond to questions. When I asked to cancel, she gave me the paperwork and then for many days responded to my questions confirming it was canceled. Finally she admitted it wasn't and her manager got involved and has refused to cancel They are holding me hostage and I am unable to move forward. The listing has been taken down from the internet, but not canceled in the MLS. Only now am I learning that Raveis isn't cooperative about releasing an unhappy client, while others are. They have caused me great harm, and I am stuck in limbo and they don't care. Stay clear of them.

Her rudeness, and dishonesty when answering questions about a home that had obvious issues, displayed a complete lack of integrity. When told that I had been shown other homes by a realtor and did not wish to sign an exclusive contract with her ( the listing agent for the home I was interested in) this woman went on a rant of how I ( a potential cash buyer) wasted her time because she would not be getting full commission on a home she said was about to go into foreclosure. She was a raving lunatic who should not be given the responsibility of dealing with prospective home buyers. I would advise all buyers and sellers to beware and do your due diligence before hiring this person to do the important and sensitive work of matching families with homes that are well suited to them.
