My rates went up twice (from $50 to $83 in two months with a perfect driving record) without any notice and I called irritated and she was beyond rude and didn't care weather I canceled my policy or not. I did end up canceling and saved almost $20/month. I'm busy and probably would have stayed out not wanting to deal with a new company/policy had it not been for her carelessness.
