I have owned a home for the past 18 years and in these 27 years I have filed 5 claims. 1 car claim about 2 years ago (I hit a curb in the winter) and 4 roof claims. State Farm has denied all the roof claims and never paid out a penny on any of them. So why is my homeowners insurance being dropped. I should have dropped you in 2018 when every house around me got new roofs after those microburst tornados we had and State Farm said mine wasn't bad enough. How is it possible that the two houses behind mine and the house on the right and two houses on the left and three houses across the street needed new roofs but not mine. At this rate I might as well take all my policies elsewhere. Longevity and loyalty mean nothing to this company.

I refinanced my car three years ago, I was insured with farmers prior to this. While on the phone with them I was advising of my lien holder change. They told me there was a $5/month fee for having a lien on my car. I just paid off my car and called to get that $5 fee removed. The agent gave me a new rate, $30/ year less. I asked about the fee. She insisted there was no fee for this. Well, they charged me for the last three years with this fee!! 30 minutes later I called back and dropped them for auto. All this after they jacked my homeowners by nearly $400!! I can't wait to drop my homeowners with them.

I let them know I was dissatisfied and was going elsewhere, instead of canceling my policy I was charged within minutes of my phone call. Meanwhile I was already on the phone with my other agent. I attempted to cancel my policy via website Sept 5 called on the 6th, 7th, and 11th and the policy still stands as active on their website. I also sent two different emails out two different individuals. I was told I would receive a document to cancel the policy which never came which is fine you can omit it as I have told you now a dozen times you no longer have consent to withdrawal funds from any of my accounts.
