Had to follow up myself as to when the deed would be ready as it had been several weeks since my initial visit. I was told that I would have to pay for the service before the deed could be signed and I told them that their employee at the front desk said I could pay for the service the day of the signing. The lady on the phone from that office said that was not their policy. WOW....again just rude! Had to follow up again as it had been a month since I had signed the deed......where is the recorded document? They said they would mail it to me that day. The next week they say you have to keep an excel spreadsheet and receipts of all expenses and the rest of the heirs need to agree to reimburse. Why wasn't that explained the FIRST meeting? Also they did not explain when we called to set up the appointment that the full amount was due at first appointment. They have also sent out several official documents with the wrong name and they just scratched it out with pen and wrote the correct name. This is unacceptable.
