If you're looking for an excellent law firm for SSD Benefits go to Rue & Ziffra. I just had my hearing last week & Tina (who represented me) had sent all of my information to the judge in advance. My hearing lasted about 10 to 15 minutes before the Judge granted my claim. It wouldn't have lasted that long if the clerk didn't have technical difficulties. I answered a few questions from the judge. Next thing I heard from the Judge that my claim was granted!! I was so surprised that I went into a daze! Writing my review of their Fire-Selling TV Commercial Campaign I am compelled to share my story. Facts:Motor Vehicle Accident in which the other driver was found negligent and at fault.... who had a hefty $200K + plan. The years (3+) of diligently going to my Dr's 2-3 x's a week was and had a FAC Therapy Assessment (had perm L/side impairment) and near 10 herniated/buldgeing disks. I was called in the sign paperwork to end the dispute and was told there would be no arbitration, I could not afford to take this to court if the court ruled in the other driver's favor. I was told to come in and sign paperwork to finalize the case for "XX$" to which I initialed at least 10-15 pages which were breezed through AND THE VERY LAST PAGE HAD THE PAYOUTS and I walked with under 5$K. I implore all to consider this. My physical injuries also fell under criteria for Disability which I am now on. read more
