We found someone else with more availability & more care, so I tried to call & cancel the appointments in the future & waited on hold for 11:42 only for a call center to answer & tell me they couldn't take a message. Never again. The patient portal won't work either because they didn't take the time to enter my email address that I had to provide them about 81 million times either.
