There is a big log house by the bluffs for wedding family, so they can have their own privacy before the ceremony. (Btw, walking in stilettos can be challenging since the area is all grassy and soil) After the ceremony, we walked to the 2 story barn to attend the cocktail, and had their complimentary hot apple cider, was delicious. We're all familiar with THAT look! Their " golfers" can't aim nor control their swing, as we have picked up 100's of golf balls that have hit our building, windows, bushes, trees and our cars! A word of advice while you're out screwing with the fence MAKE ME IT TALLER!! So, we don't have to keep cleaning up after you. Their July 4th "event" is a nightmare that keeps on giving.... Fireworks are made from toxic chemicals that pollute OUR air,OUR water, soil, plants and harm animals and people...while they're " powering and aahhhhinng" like monkeys, we have to keep our children inside because the bugs, gnats, mosquitos go into a feeding frenzy, this lasts a few weeks. The loud explosions affects and triggers PTSD sufferers, our pets are petrified and TERRIFIED. Out children's bedtime routine is disrupted as well as those of us that work different shifts and sleep different hours... Here's a suggestion, have a Laser show for your members only club.... Their groundskeeper is notorious for waking us up about 5:30 6:00 in the morning with their mowing, excavating, digging and every other "toy" with a loud engine...It's disturbing, especially when suffering from insomnia and finally fall asleep, only to awaken to this. NOW!,.. ABOUT THE CATS....NEVER A THANK YOU for keeping the moles off your precious golf course. All these moles ( a cat's prize, which they confidently leave on my porch to which I have to dispose of) will be on your property next year.....Any poisoning or animal trapping you try ...KNOW THIS. There is so many spots to sit outside and walk around. Different views and decks. It was just wow. Very cute. On the inside they have big windows and high ceilings. The owner is just wonderful. They have been open for selling wine since 2002. And he really knows his stuff! We did a wine tasting which was free for the first 3 but after that it is $1 per taste. We did about 4 more after that. We grabbed our favorites for a walk around the area. They have such a good taste all of them! Also they have these slushees for the summer season. The entire space is covered in clean carpeting and is great for crawlers. They maintain an online calendar showing when field trips will be coming, so you can plan around that if you want to avoid crowds. We were here at the same time as a small field trip and there was still plenty of space for all. The unisex restrooms are clean and feature excellent changing facilities. There is also an art room and an upstairs room with changing themes. The upstairs space is utilized as the cake space for birthday parties. Overall, this is a lovely, affordable place to bring your young child for the day.

QCM is just getting started and this review is for their location on Washington square. I hope to come back soon and update this review for their permanent location, a few blocks away, that's being established right now.  This children's museum is almost everything my kid hopes for in a children's museum. We've been to many- all across the US, and the exhibits here compare in quality and design. The main floor exhibits include a science area, art area, and role play areas (fire station, vet clinic, grocery store, etc). The upstairs area has rotating exhibits which have included a construction area, farm area, and arctic area. They renovate that area every few months which keeps the museum fresh, new, and exciting. On the main floor there is also a dedicates baby play space with items for kids under 2. My 6-year-old and 1-year-old could spend all day, every day here. They absolutely love it. The entire establishment is very clean and extremely well-maintained. All toys and exhibits are checked by staff regularly and appropriately organized and thoroughly washed. I have never found broken pieces or dirt/ grime/ grease in any area. There are 2 large gender neutral bathrooms. Both have changing tables with spare wipes and stepping stools next to the sinks.  The staff and volunteers are friendly and helpful. Admission prices are the cheapest of any kid play place in Quincy. You can also find QCM bringing rotating exhibits to public events, local schools, and local libraries. They are very involved in the community and have begun offering additional services that help educate the public on child development as well. Honestly, I cannot speak more highly about this place. Quincy is so very lucky to have the Quincy Children's Museum as a part of our community. My family will be supporting them for the decades to come- as we truly are so so grateful for all they offer our kids.

They have 6 types of wine here which I'm sure you can find one you like. They also make mixed drinks and have beer. They have a small selection of food but the savory charcuterie board was defiantly a must and only for $14 (they also have a sweet one!). And a tasting of all the wines was only $12 which I think was great! It was a great time!
