For a restaurant, how you respond when a customer is injured on your premises says a lot about how much you value your guests. I wasn't expecting special treatment--I expected basic concern, accountability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, we received none of those. I will never return.

I got curt, annoyed answers when I was curious about a cheese I wasn't familiar with, and we ended up leaving with about 25% of the amount of cheese I wanted to buy just because it's not fun to put together a cheese plate with people who aren't trying to help you.
