We were planning on waiting a while before setting to avoid moving twice as our new home would not have been ready. After reviewing their detailed market conditions report we believed now was the time, and at the last minute switched up our approach and chose to list immediately. And they were right by other than an open house we had one showing and it sold. One showing! The dread of living with a home on the market (with two kids and a dog) where a call could come at any time never happened because it sold right away. Jeremy and Angie also helped us prepare to place our home on the market, which thankfully did not require much as our home was only less than 2 years old but the tips were helpful. We spent a great deal of time discussing the list price and my wife and me wavered back and forth. Due to the unique market conditions, we decided to shoot for a record-setting price, and while this was a risky move, for our home and in the current market it was a calculated risk we were willing to take. Jeremy agreed to our high ask with a request if there wasn't any activity we consider revising but we never had to do this. When it came time to list, they brought an army of resources. The photographer/videographer was outstanding and came back several times to ensure the unique aspects of our home were captured. The Guillette marketing machine went to work. Our home with their amazing content was quickly pumped out to all the relevant systems and we were off to the races. Move forward a few days and we had a perfect offer in hand- Cash, no inspection, no approval, ready to close. The initial stress of listing a home shifted to the stress of closing and moving out. Jeremy, Angie, and the Guillette team were there to help us with every step. Selling a home is something most people don't do too often, and they happily answered all the silly quandaries about the process, including a somewhat steady flow of evening or early morning morning "what about...." questions. After the closing, they were still there to make sure we had everything they need. While being very professional through every stage, we also become friends with Jeremy and Angie who we only knew through other couples in our neighborhood. We couldn't have been happier with their support, guidance, and at the end of the day, results!
