He was always easy to work with and friendly. When we decided that we wanted to buy a home, he provided us with listings information on properties in greater Fort Myers that were in our price range and area. We went out on several occassions and toured homes with him to figure out what we wanted. He pointed out both the good and the bad on properties. When we found a property that we liked, Bo gave us information on what similar houses had sold for so that we could make a fair estimate of the value. He wrote the purchase contract so that our deposit was protected in case the house did not pass inspection, we did not get our loan, or it did not appraise for atleast as much as we agreed to pay. Unfortunately, we had to cancel two contracts because the inspections were bad. On the first one, the house had a roofover which we could not have known about without an inspection. The Seller tried to save money and did a partial repair that we could have gotten stuck with if our agent was not looking out for us. On the second one, the house had problems too and we cancelled and got our deposit back on that one too. In the process, we realized that we are new home people and we wanted things to be perfect. Based on that, Bo found a new home community with very nice houses in our price range. He went with us to the community and we toured some. We liked the new homes there and decided to buy a house. He helped us negotiate a great price and we were able to buy our house for less than other ones the builder was selling. We have been very happy in our new house and Bo did a great job representing us as our Buyer's Agent.

The best real estate agent I could have found…read more I met Grace Engler by coincidence and immediately had a good feeling. At the time, buying a property was just a mental game. Grace showed me a few properties so that I could get a feel for what was on the market in Cape Coral. It turned out that Grace was very knowledgeable about how to evaluate the different neighborhoods and the microcosms within them. She was able to tell me that there are seasons when it's best to buy or when it's better to wait. Although everyone thinks they are an easy customer, you should reflect on yourself. I also thought I was easy to deal with until I looked in the mirror. I am a foreign first-time buyer. I had very precise ideas about price, location, design (floor plan), orientation of the terrace, ... At some point I threw some of these preferences overboard and then took them on again. Is this an easy customer? No. Nevertheless, top realtor Engler always made me aware of new offers, never tired of answering my questions and I had a well-founded answer within 24 hours at the latest. In addition to the showings, which took place partly live and partly online via video, Grace Engler offered assistance in finding a bank, registering for electricity, arranging to find an insurance and many other things, which I was very happy to take advantage of. Without this additional help, many things would have taken a very long time and might have been delayed. Ultimately, I am really impressed with the process of buying my house. My house was on the market for two days when I discovered it. Maybe Grace sent it to me in a weekly email. Anyway, I saw it and texted Grace from Berlin that it was THE house and we should settle on it right away. The next day, Grace organized a video showing and carefully but firmly told the seller that he could consider the house being sold. In less than a week, the papers were drawn up, the deposit paid and Grace Engler organized all of this from afar with a calmness that is simply amazing. Although I had already accepted the price of the property, Grace managed to negotiate quite cleverly to have the purchase price reduced again, saving me thousands of dollars. Grace Engler was always very well prepared and was able to answer questions about the properties before I even asked them. If there was ever a question that could not be answered right away, Grace did her research and provided the answer at short notice instead of making an assumption. Grace Engler is highly reliable and knows her job inside out. She knows when to let go of the reins and when to exert pressure. She is very good at adapting to her customers and at the same time she is great at dealing with salespeople. She combines all this with ease and fun, without ever coming across as professionally too casual. You can't help but to value and like her. Can I recommend Grace Engler? The answer is a rock solid yes, for sure. If I were to buy a house again, I would always choose her. I can't imagine any better real estate agent.
