The facilities are quite clean and there are at least 6 private washroom stalls complete with sink, decorative gilded mirror, and similarly gilded lighting features. The doors to each of the stalls is very tall and gives you the sense of utmost privacy as you do your business. There are also nice thick folded paper towels should you require those rather than using hand dryers provided. There is a private family lounge area for breastfeeding. A central sink is located in the common area between the stalls in the event that all of the stalls are occupied and you only need to wash your hands. But with such nicely appointed stalls, it is probably worth checking out the facilities even if you don't need to use them!

Upon entering we were greeted very favourably and offered us to sit in patio or inside. The weather was very nice but they didn't have any tables in shade so we sat inside. The decor is very rustic with lots of wood. It was aesthetically pleasing On to the food, we ordered for the 4 of us 1. Margarita pizza 2. Mushrooms pappardelle 3. Seafood pasta 4. Bolognese pasta Everything was done amazingly. The pasta was all al dente with amazing sauces The pizza was delicious and had a crispy crust. You could tell everything was homemade to order Overall we had a fantastic experience And We would come again I also recommend all Yelpers to try this place as well if you haven't already Fantastic establishment.

I have to say they're are a little cheap as it was my birthday I thought they would give the dessert for free but they charged for the dessert it's all good, let's start of with the calamari, really crispy and tender in the inside expensive like crazy, for entree we ordered rigatoni vodka, papperdalle funghi, and chicken Parmesan, the rigatoni vodka was out of this world, very creamy pasta was cooked al dente and they make fresh pasta here, that's a first, the vodka sauce tasted delicious had a rich tomatoe flavor but super creamy, the papperdalle funghi tasted amazing as well and the chicken Parmesan tasted amazing a billion times better than Sugo. The service was excellent, the waiter was attentive, and the ambiance just seemed a bit claustrophobic as there wasn't much space in the restaurant, if you want to eat here for dinner it is highly recommended to reserve online. Just if it's your birthday don't expect anything for free I forgot to Mention the chocolate cream pie probably one of the best desserts I have ever tasted the filling was so creamy and had the right amount of sweetness and the crust was perfect.

Service however was just decent later on but we noticed there were a lot more people came so our server was probably really busy due to the influx of diners. The food did come pretty fast though, about 20 minutes after ordering, so that was really good! We ordered the Fettuccine Al Funghi E Scaglie Di Tartufo Nero and Bologna. Both were really delicious. We added chicken for the pasta but I'd say even without it, just the mushroom itself was sufficient already! I had it once before and came back this time for more because it was that good! The pizza was quite interesting since I've never had pistachio pesto on a pizza before but it actually tasted pretty good and blended nicely with the mortadella. I'd have it again if I were to come back! Overall a pretty decent dining experience and would come back for the same food!

Tip: This restaurant has a market where you can get dried pasta, snacks, gelato, and more…read more On Wednesday, I had a wonderful early dinner at Good Catch Cafe and Bar. Sadly, this eatery didn't have a dessert menu. I wanted something small to satisfy my sweet tooth, as I was stuffed. I wondered if Costa Sorrento had dessert that I could take home. I walked over to this restaurant. I was already parked in the lot across from Good Catch. I walked in. A small market was in front of me. Gelato was on my right in the freezer. Yay! A male staffer came over to greet me, who was a bit hard of hearing. I let him know that I was here for the market. He nodded and let me be. I was so happy to see candy, sugar, salt, pasta, chocolate, and a lot more. It was wonderful. I got these items: - A small cup of Biscoff gelato - Black truffle luxury mixed nuts - Frizzy lemon candies I asked the man where I could pay for these items. He guided me to the cash area at the bar. The downside to this market is that you don't see prices. He knew how much the gelato cup cost. He didn't know about the other two, so he had to call a colleague. It's funny, but it ended up being a group effort to figure out pricing and cash me out. Two other female staffers also joined in. It's not exactly a cheap market. I suspect that the mixed nuts and lemon candies were imports. They were $10 each. My small gelato was $5. I'm glad that I didn't commit to getting a pint. What if I hated what I had? I also wanted a small dessert, so it worked out. I paid with a credit card. I tapped. Done! I asked if I could get a spoon for my gelato. One of the nice women went into the back to get one. The other woman let me know that they used to give out big spoons, but had gelato spoons now. I got a blue spoon with a napkin from the woman. Service is great here. I thanked everyone and left with my goods. I declined getting a bag, as I was parked closed by. I enjoyed my Biscoff gelato in my car. It was yummy. I'd get the pint next time. It had bits of Biscoff that were so flavourful in creamy gelato. OMG! It was delightful and the perfect dessert to end my meal. Yesterday, I devoured my bag of black truffle mixed nuts. If you love black truffle oil and mixed nuts, grab a bag. The cashews, walnuts, almonds, and more were huge. I'd get another bag in a heartbeat. Tasty! I may have to come back and get the black truffle potato chips next. I'm sure they are equally as yummy. I haven't tried the lemon candies yet. I hope that they are delightful. It was great dropping by to check out the market. I hope to return and have some pasta next time. (215)

Not my first visit to Scaddabush Richmond Hill, but it had been quite some time since my last one…read more This return visit ended up being memorable for a few unexpected mishaps, though thankfully the overall experience was still a positive one. I called the day before right when they opened to make a reservation since the online system showed no availability. The staff member who took my call was incredibly friendly and thorough. In addition to the usual questions about party size, time, name, and phone number, they also asked how many children would be joining us, whether anyone had allergies, if we were celebrating a special occasion, and informed me in advance about the automatic gratuity for larger parties as well as the two-hour seating limit. I really appreciated how comprehensive they were. Fast forward to dinner... Parking in the plaza was absolute chaos. It took us quite a while to find spots, though that's not entirely surprising given how many popular restaurants are in the plaza. I'm sure the FIFA match that evening didn't help either. We were seated at what I'd describe as a "cozy" table. It wasn't cramped, but it definitely felt snug for our group. Thankfully, it ended up working out because we were sharing most dishes and the staff were fantastic about promptly clearing empty plates as we finished sharing dishes. We started with the Caesar salad, the Prosciutto & Mozzarella, and a Three Meat Pizza. The Caesar salad was well dressed with great flavour, while the mozzarella was, as always, a crowd favourite. I was pleasantly surprised by the focaccia, which was much crispier than I was expecting (I've never had it toasted like that before), with a wonderfully buttery flavour. The pizza was also excellent, not overly salty, with a chewy crust and a perfectly crisp exterior. For my main, I ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese, which was delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, the sauce was well balanced, and nothing was overly salty. I also ordered the Rosemary Garlic Fries, which were tasty, although I do wish they had served a bit more aioli since that's what really elevates the dish. I also stole a few bites of other entrées around the table. The Vodka Pasta wasn't what I'd consider a traditional vodka sauce, as it leaned much more toward a creamy Alfredo, but it had a nice kick of spice. The standout for me, however, was the Shrimp Lemon Pasta. It was absolutely delicious, and I'd easily order that as my main on my next visit. Since we were celebrating my aunt's birthday, the staff surprised her with a chocolate cake topped with colourful sprinkles and a sparkler. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end the meal. Now for the memorable mishaps. The most alarming occurred when an employee accidentally knocked over one of the decorative jars filled with beans. It shattered as soon as it hit the floor, sending glass and beans underneath our table. We stayed still because we knew shards had scattered around our feet, and I was wearing shorts, so I could actually feel some of the debris around my legs. My biggest concern came when my mom mentioned she felt something brush against her neck, but thankfully she wasn't injured. The employee was incredibly apologetic and immediately stayed behind to thoroughly clean everything up. We all stepped away from the table to make sure every piece of glass could be safely swept up before sitting back down. The second near mishap happened when our server returned carrying full glass bottles of water. One slipped from her hand and hit the table, but thankfully she managed to keep hold of it before it shattered or knocked anything over. Despite those unexpected moments, our server was wonderful throughout the evening. She was attentive, friendly, and especially diligent about ensuring the allergy at our table was handled appropriately. Accidents happen, and while these certainly made for a memorable dinner, I appreciated how professionally the staff handled each situation and how well they continued to take care of us afterward.

This once every ten years because it is very expensive. The dessert was really good a gelato really tasty and not too sweet. Most of the restaurant is quite tight and close, but the bar area is probably the most snug. It wasn't too busy when we sat down, so service was fast; even when it got busy we had no problem getting the attention of a waiter/waitress to get what we needed. Calamari - One of the top calamari batter I've ever had. The batter was fluffy and still crispy, the perfect compliment to a nice chewy calamari. Wished the calamari was a little thicker to give it more of a chew and a bit more seasoned. Fried peppers were a nice touch! would get again. Sofia Mia Pizza - This was an absolutely amazing pizza. Crust was not the best but the toppings stole the show. Normally I don't like goat cheese, but that was balanced by the fruitiness of the fig and the balsamic reduction. The prosciutto brought on some meaty flavours while being balanced by the caramelized onion and arugula. Would come back again for this. Cheese wheel pasta - some mushroom pasta - A bit of a gimmick in my opinion, but it was a fun experience. The head chef comes by and does the final touches of the pasta in the cheese wheel. The pasta itself was a bit lacklustre for me. It lacked flavours compared to a saucier pasta, probably because they wanted the parmigiano cheese more forward. Nice to try, but would not get again.
