I made an appointment, Peter looked at my items and made an offer for the first piece (way lower than another offer I was given). After a few minutes, a man without an appointment came in wanting to sell gold coins. Instead of asking him to wait a few moments, he looked at his coins for quite a while, completely ignoring me. This went on for about 10 minutes or so. It was so disrespectful. Then he went into the back room to get cash. Again, without a word or apology. I couldn't believe it! I've never been treated like this. I couldn't stand being there one more minute. I took my things and left, stunned at his lack of professionalism. If he wasn't interested, I would've appreciated a direct "thanks, but this isn't for me". Or at least "sorry, I'll be with you in a minute." The guy is rude and unprofessional. Such an unpleasant experience. If there was a zero star review option that's what I would give this experience.
