We tried to schedule our winterization with them again this year and never heard from them. After submitting the request online, it was nothing but crickets. I finally called and made my way to their service department who shared they were no longer taking appointments because this location was closing.

Since we had it in for repairs we thought it would be nice to have a new fridge. It took the rest of the summer to order it and install. Then the fridge was half the size of the original one. We have to pack an extra cooler to store milk and drinks. We took it out for a trial run for a fall weekend when we finally got it back. The water heater worked fine but the fridge didn't. We took it back and they "fixed it". We had to put the rv into storage right after we got it back so we didn't get to take it out camping until the next season. In the spring it worked ok until mid summer. Then it started acting up the same as before. We took it back when we had time to but they said it was out of warranty. It was going to cost for them to look at it. We took it back and will be bringing it back to a more reliable service provider. Very disappointed. The crew that works on the RVs is great, the office management isn't very helpful. So sorry to leave a bad review, we usually like to leave good ones.

Each and every time, they have gone above and beyond. One time we had a longer trip and a part on our screen door broke while we were on vacation. I called and they had the part for us before we came home. They take care of our camper for winter and spring service and all scheduled maintenance. As with anything, things can happen, but good relationships are critical, and they have always worked with us going above and beyond and we trust them. I would highly recommend them.

I did agree however to have them order me one and ship directly to my house. After 10 days I received a bag of fuses. Through the ad, other internet research, and dealing with salesguy John Storkamp, I was able to put together a long-distance deal on a creampuff of a coach with low mileage (from 2000 miles away). John went above the call of duty to video phone me and walk me through the coach step by step, point out any problems, send me photos of the problems, and then had all of the problems fixed once I put down a refundable deposit. He even had the coach A/C unit replaced and replaced one of the passenger side graphic swirl stickers, as well as having the generator serviced. Sounds crazy but my lovely bride & I flew a redeye to MN after making a solid (but refundable) deal from 2000 miles away. Saved about $13000 from inflated SoCal prices. John had the coach ready to rock upon our arrival. The deal was great, with no surprises. We then took a 4000 mile roadtrip home across 'MERICA around Independence Day, via Jellystone Nat'l Park, The Tetons, Jackson Hole, Cheyenne, Santa Fe, etc, with no problems. Several months have passed now with only routine issues. Just wanted to tip the hat to John & Pleasureland RV for the excellent transaction.
