My salesperson was Craig Hiltner, I would recommend him 100% to anyone considering purchasing an RV.

Put a dent in the rear driver's side of my 1973 Land Yacht Airstream - wouldn't own up to it Did not secure down larger awning. My hauler had know idea that All Campers would leave the awning unattached after they did work on it. It fell off! All Campers charged me $400 to reattach to the trailer when they caused the problem. Workers smoked cigarettes and left butts inside my trailer. Screen door latch put on wrong and they used a latch that does not spring, unlike the original. Latch also positioned incorrectly. Screen door they bent. Has to be shut by pushing front bottom of the door, opposite the hinge side. Screen door shut correctly before All Campers "worked" on my trailer. I advise : Do Not Use This Serice because there is NO service

We had the roof replaced on our 5th Wheel camper November 2024. We took a trip in June 2025 and the…read moreroof let loose at front of camper. We were 6 hours from home and no RV repair places within 4 hours of our location. We ended up taping a tarp to the roof until we were able to bring it back to them for repair. They admitted it was their fault an said they would repair it. They did not replace the roof, they spliced it leaving large ripples in the back half of the roof. They chalked the front portion with at least half inch of caulking which is already cracking. We sent an email to the owner/manager along with a video of the roof asking for him to call us after he reviewed the workmanship. We have heard nothing. We are extremely unhappy. We know we will have issues and are checking our options. This same company was supposed to have winterized our camper while they had it on their lot awaiting the roof replacement. They did not. We drove the camper to Florida in February and water started leaking out on the floor. When we got to FL we hooked up the water cautiously and the outside faucet shot water everywhere and water poured onto floor under sink. The water heater had not been drained and had a large crack in it. Due to our rural location and limited service people in the area we were not able to get it repaired for several weeks. Luckily my husband is handy and repaired the outside faucet and bypassed the hot waterheater. All Camper sent us a new water heater but the same model wasn't available. My husband had to install it with many modifications to the plumbing connections and wiring. Also new faucet they put in was also not install properly. We had to modify that also so it would retract properly. So we are NOT pleased with work completed by this company. We are currently checking out our legal options to recoup cost of roof.

Corrine answered my first phone call inquiring about the RV we were interested in. She gave us a great tour of it when we came in. Corrine and Kelli were great at answering questions too and we felt really comfortable because they are experienced RV owners as well and passionate about the great world of RV camping. Sarah was excellent at helping us with the financial work and making sure we got everything we asked for. She was always available to answer any questions and is very personable. Adam in service was great to work with and made sure any issues were fixed well to brand new standards. When the day came to pick up our RV, Steve was amazing at showing us how everything worked and explained things that were very easy to understand for a novice like me, as well as talking shop to a more experienced guy like my husband. He made it fun as well as informational from the start through making sure everything was hooked up perfectly before we left with our unit. It was such a great experience and everyone seemed to share in our excitement! We definitely recommend Open Road RV in Monticello for their professionalism, kindness, knowledge and the way they all seemed to genuinely care about our journey into the RV world!

Hunter, Travis and Adam were great to deal with. When picking the trailer up this morning, Steve walked us through everything. He was detailed, friendly, patient, and amazing! The numbers they show on their website are no where near realistic (so a total bate and switch) and then when we started talking trade in, they swung from $3K to $6.5K (without seeing the camper) and just with the sales guy going back and forth to his manager 3x. Then there is the hard sale for the "extended warranties and extra coverages" - nice finance guy, keeps you focused on his cool stories (read the fine print before you sign). They ran hard credit inquiries before ever even talking to a bank, then ran multiple additional ones with multiple banks (and we had a score in the mid 800's. Then the service walk through: 1) didn't walk through setting up the back-up camera (said they couldn't at the dealership... but I was able to at the McDonalds next door), 2) left major amounts of construction debris in all the compartments (didn't clean so chips of aluminum and saw dust all over the inside), 3) didn't hook the battery up correctly so the solar charge controller wasn't working and was actually too hot to touch (red wires go to positive and black to ground), and 4) when I called back to say these things were issues and I wanted to take it to a different location to resolve, they said "go ahead, but we can't help you with that". CHECK EVERYTHING TO YOUR SATISFACTION (OR IN WRITING) BEFORE YOU LEAVE THEIR LOT. Then after driving home, we noticed the black tank valves were leaking. So brought it into their service department. After two week sand three phone calls was told - "Forest River denied the warranty claim... do you have our extended warranty?" - which we did purchase, so that apparently means this brand new, broken valve will get fixed before our second use. Out of 3 weeks, we've only had it in our possession for 5 days. As they were fond of telling us, they own 60% of the market, they apparently don't have to be customer oriented. This was the first time I ever felt like I was taken advantage of because of my age. We bought it and are now stuck with the situation, hope they don't get you too. I'm sure this review will get the old "so sorry you had a bad experience, please reach out to our senior management we we'll help resolve it." response. IDK. This was our 4th camper purchase over 20+ years. WILL NOT GO WITH THEM EVER AGAIN.

After I put $10K down, the very next day I was told I needed new camshafts which would be an additional $5500 even though they already spent 8 days taking the motor apart. Two weeks later I was told I need a new turbo & actuator adding another $7300, day 40 was told I needed a new air compressor. When it was time to pick up my truck I was told the total was $64k but Kaite was able to negotiate it down to $57k with the owner. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I was consistently lied to about the completion date, had I known it was going to take that long I would have not lived in a hotel for 44 days, but instead went home. I felt stuck, most days the temperature was below 0 degrees and it is a small town with no Uber/Lyft to pop up at the shop daily. The mechanics at the shop do not know how to do an overhaul so my motor was shipped to their Willmar location without my consent extending the completion date. If I knew they were going to charge me more than quoted, I would have never put down the $10k and would have bought a new motor. I called their main shop in Sunburg to speak to the owner Dan, was told he would call me back and I never received a call from him. I was provided with Dan's email so I sent an email with a 2 page attachment that outlined the timeline of events and my experience with his Alexandria location, Dan never called me or returned my email.

None of the parts Dans diesel used were Genuine Cummins parts like he said they would be. Over priced too. Cost me @35,000 for the overhaul and they could never get it to run right. Low power issues they couldn"t find. They wanted to replace turbo and ECM. I had to tell them NO. ABSOLUTELY NO! Also when doing the overhaul they damaged air horn that was mounted outside the frame rails. When i really got a chance to look at the bill I found that the replacement cheap horn they put back on was charged to me and they charged me an hour of labor to install it! So their screw up cost me $200. My opinion is that they couldn't fix a sandwich. NEVER AGAIN would I take anything to DANS diesel
