Gave a competitive quote. We specifically asked for cleaning on Sunday and Victor said this would be no problem. He even quoted us for ongoing future cleanings. We hired him and declined other companies who had bid to do the job Victor contacted us at 8 pm on Saturday night asking for a 75% mark up on a job he had quoted just the previous day! We asked for a compromise and to meet us in the middle given that he was supposed to arrive at our home in 11 hours. He said no but ultimately out of desperation we agreed to give him $200 more than what he quoted. He said ok only to call back an hour later and say they were not doing the job anyway. This is an unreliable and shady business that clearly does not care about its customers or building any kind of a positive reputation for itself.
