There were a couple of tall tables set up just outside the roll up door of their light industrial space. They had one of their mobile wood fired pizza ovens fired up using olive wood, which was great to see in action. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell right away that pizza is truly their craft. The food was excellent, and the pizzas were next level. Perfectly cooked, incredible flavor, and clearly made by people who really know how to do it. For a tasting, we had a great time. We brought our own drinks, some beer and wine, ate our fill, and even went home with full bellies and leftovers. It felt relaxed, fun, and well organized. If this tasting is any indication, they are going to do an amazing job next summer. This is what they do, and they do it exceptionally well.
