Our mechanic was well-trained, professional, and was able to winkle out the problem with our engine in good time. They do the work you need, and don't try to 'gild the lily' or pad their labor time. THE THORNS: Hourly rate is steepish, but I suspect it's in line with what comparable yards are charging. Most importantly, they DO make the most of each hour they charge for, so you are getting good value for money. THE VERDICT: Considering that there's probably not that much competition here, they really have the opportunity to take advantage of people if they wanted to. The point is they don't!
