I received a call around 7:45 pm and was told they were on the way and I'd receive a text invoice shortly from them, and found out half an hour later (I had to call them, they did not call me) they were not and they got "Side tracked." Finally just after 9:00 PM, I called Sweets and they took care of it immediately - within the hour - and I canceled the other tow. Dave was so nice - both in his kindness and listening when I explained the situation I was dealing with and his understanding that it needed to be done quickly as night time as setting in. For the next 3+ hours AAA and I called various local auto repair vendors trying to connect with anyone who would come help us. None of the alleged 24 hour service providers would answer our call or return the call. The only one who answered the phone and came to our aid was Brian from Keck's. He answered the phone and came out and worked on our motorhome, in the dark and in the rain on a hot and humid Minnesota day. He couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.
