I do NOT recommend one of Harry Browns salesman. He and his staff sold my grandparents one of the MANY Chrysler Pacificas they just brought in thinking they were getting a great deal. Low mileage, good condition. HOWEVER, they discovered the minute they got it home, that one of the tires it had on was the wrong size tire for the Van. Instead of comping them a new tire my 70 year old grandpa had to take it in to get all new tires and realign it because of the small tire. We also discovered that the 3rd row seat middle seatbelt (hanging above the seat) is shoved into the ceiling so you can't even pull the seatbelt out. They didn't go over all of the tech pieces with them and they were so confused. My grandmother has attempted to call Nathan many times and he STILL has not answered her back. They completely took advantage of the elderly. It may look like a good deal, but you may pay for it in the end. At least watch for this one sales person, he was slimy. Horrible service!!!!!!! I brought my new truck in for a 1-2 day repair. It took 23 days before I got my truck back!!!!! They damaged my truck not once but twice. I said I shouldn't have to pay the $500.00 cost for repairs since they screwed up everything themselves. I didn't receive any discounts! I will NEVER bring my truck back to Harry Browns! Horrible service!!!! When I called the service manager Ashley Rogers twice to talk to her about the problems I had during my time there, she NEVER even called me back. I attempted to purchase a low miles Dodge pickup today. I contacted Harry Brown's dealership online last night and followed up with a phone call this morning. I talked with Halie and then was handed off to Sean. I offered to put down a deposit. I was told that was not necessary. He would have the car washed and the paperwork ready for me at 7pm when my son and I would be arriving after a 4-hour drive from northern Minnesota. Just before 3 pm when we would be leaving our house, I get a call from the dealership informing me that someone would be arriving in 30 minutes to test drive the truck. I asked how that could be as I had already agreed to buy the truck and we were just leaving to come and get it. I was told that I would have to wait until after the 3 scheduled test drives scheduled for today. There was nothing scheduled when I called in earlier that morning. I spoke with two different managers who said there was nothing they could do. They said that they don't hold vehicles and it's first-come-first-served. I told him I wasn't coming to test drive the vehicle. I was coming to purchase the vehicle. He said I should have put down a deposit and a purchase agreement. I told him the sales guy said I was good. If I needed to fill out the paperwork, then send it over and I would fill it out right away and we would then hit the road. The manager declined. We went around a couple of more times with him claiming that I was coming to test drive and he wouldn't hold it. I corrected him each time saying that I was purchasing the vehicle and to get me the paperwork as necessary and I would be happy to prepay for vehicle over the phone with a credit card or money transfer. He declined and said it would be whoever came there first and made the purchase. He asked if I wanted him to call me back if the folks test driving decided not to purchase. I told him not to bother as I didn't want to do business with someone that conducted his business in this way. He offered no solutions to a mistake made by the sales staff. This review is long over due, but I wanted to write it anyway. In November I purchased a brand new GMC Terrain from Bob at Harry Brown's per the recommendation of my mom, as she had bought a vehicle from Bob a few months prior. Bob is a great guy and he isn't out there to make the sale, he really wants you to be happy with your vehicle. I walked in there knowing exactly what I wanted, but Bob made sure that I new my options and took a look at a few similar models to make sure that I was going to be happy. My vehicle was in high demand so I had to order it and wait about 2 months to finally get it. This was not the dealer's fault, just a new vehicle in hot demand. Bob kept me up to date on every bit of progress that was made from the time my vehicle started being built to the time it was on a train on the way to Harry Browns. When I picked up my car, I met the owner and was was very happy with all of the people that I was in contact with at Harry Browns. Go see Bob, he is awesome! read more
