Let this be a warning for prospective customers: we got scammed by an employee who was supposed to…read morebe helping us, and the company has done absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. I brought my groomsmen to this Sherwood Park location to buy suits for my wedding. After fitting, we all ensured 100% that each suit was written down with the correct specifications. Their new system requires all orders to be placed on their one in-store iPad, which took over 5 hours to place orders for our 5 suits because the store was slightly busy and they only had ONE tablet had to be used to order suits for everyone in the store. The employee helping us ordered the suits for us, we just had to input our credit cards. The scam was that multiple suits were ordered wrong, and I dont mean slightly wrong, I mean not even close. When we tried to order the correct suits, we found out that they are sold out. We were told by the manager of a different location that this is not the first time this has happened and they know why: this employee didnt want to lose his commission by telling us our suits are not available (in case we decided to go elsewhere) so he just ordered something random to secure his paycheck. After contacting both the sherwood park location as well as customer service, they did not seem to care at all. They told us more suits would be available in a month and they would hold the correct suits for us so we could get them right before my wedding. When the suits did become available, they did not hold any for us and said they have no obligation to because the incorrect order was placed online. Keep in mind that the employee ordered them ON THE TABLET IN THE STORE. Absolutely disgraceful treatment from the employee, manager, and customer service TL;DR SAVE YOURSELF FROM A HUGE HASSEL AND GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE

I've been to this store 3 times now and it's like any other Old Navy. Same layout same great deals…read more The only thing that bothers me and this is probably because they're new, the customer service is in need of serious improvement. Finding a staff member on the floor is impossible. My wife was looking for a certain size of jeans and you would think when a staff member sees you digging through shelves, it's time to ask us if we need assistance. Not the case. We looked around to see if someone was near by. Nope. Lastly, even though the store is the same layout there are flaws. There's a hidden area in the kids dept that goes nowhere. I'm confused by that choice. The selection right now is bleak but I suspect once the store gets humming and they have some metrics the stock will increase. So before anyone craps on this place give it time. It will be better soon enough. Just be grateful that we finally got old navy in shpk.

The store was kind of messy, perhaps it was because it was a weekend. I also found it difficult to find what items were actually on sale. There was a rack of pants that said 50% off. I grabbed a pair and set out to double check the price. I found someone and she asked where I had found it. She said only the marked pants were on sale. I went through the 17 pairs of pants and found 3 that were on sale. I was finally able to find a pair of pants on sale and also picked up 2 tank tops. Not in a hurry to go back.

The workers were on their phones and ignored me when I asked questions, if you want to buy pjs from this franchise go to a different location because the staff is much easier to deal with and seem as if they truely want to help.

Lazy One is a specialty store that pops up in the late summer/early fall in Sherwood Park mall and…read moresticks around until shortly after the end of the holiday season. I personally really enjoy their products as they are quite comfortable and come in literally dozens of different colors and patterns. I also have to note after reading the first review that I personally have never had any issues with the quality. My pyjama pants are about two years old and are just starting to show signs of serious wear now despite frequent wearing and washings. What I don't love about this location is the service. The last two times I visited I was completely ignored the second visit though I kind of grit my teeth and pushed past it though as my boyfriend was in desperate need of boxers. So I went ahead and found the section on my own and starting flipping through the sizes when I finally heard one of them offer a greeting. I turned around to return it only to find out it was for the lady who entered the store after me. I was the only one in the store before this other customer showed up and to not be offered help or greeted when I was obviously there to make a purchase was just far too off putting so I just turned around and left. I understand that not being open twelve months a year limits the number of people interested in applying but Londonderry always seems to do fine with staffing. I strongly advise them to stop hiring teens who don't care and I strongly suggest my fellow yelpers give the lazy one brand a chance but skip over this location.
