Same with phone messages. I think I got one or two over the same timeline. Because I'm represented, the WC insurance will not communicate with me. My doctors have put in referrals for pain management but my attorney has to request it with the WC insurance but I can't get through to the attorney even after leaving more messages. This is highly upsetting, this so-called firm is ruining any case that I may have had for future compensation. I've lost my career my health and apparently now my attorney.
