We chose him because of how clearly he talked the details, from paint chemistry for a salt air climate to the right way to replace those old cedar shingles. He also had a new kitchen window created from scratch to match the ones in the rest of the old house. Over the 3 - 4 week project, Omar and his crew invariably left the place immaculate, no clutter, no mess. The answer to nearly ever request was "Yes, we can do that." While they are not cheap, the tab for all of the extras we asked for was fair. And we have no doubt that the work will hold up very well. When you think about how valuable your home is, why would you not hire the best in the business to fix whatever is wrong with it? The property will appreciate, and pay you back 10X over.

Our contractor requested him so many times to keep his work schedule, but he ignored and delayed his work. He is not a responsible person and is not professional carpenter. Our house was newly constructed 3 years ago, but already has many problems with windows and doors he made. I requested so many times to him to fix, but no responses from him at all. It's hard to believe he is still in business. Please stay away from this carpenter, otherwise you will have nothing but waiting time and money.

This was our first experience working with a contractor outside of the Bay Area and were a bit unclear about the Monterey County permit process. Daniel went above and beyond to help us with all the permits (and even went to the country to help us expedite the process!). All of his team members were very professional (Chad's amazing tile team!) and everyone did such a great job. We had some issues with the electrical work in the beginning, but again his team came through to ensure all was done correctly and our home was safe and thankfully we passed inspection (Thank you Santos!). Then, he not only painted the siding but also touched up the whole area with fresh paint. This job had his name on it so he took the extra step. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He was able to start the job soon after he gave the quote and was done sooner than expected. He also worked clean and kept me advised throughout the process. I am very happy with the quality of work and the added value he provided and will definitely call on him again.
