Dealership has the factory price tag in the window. Next to that is a markup tag that has NO PRICE on it and instructions to call the dealership or see a sales person. I am NOT trusting you when you cannot clearly put the price of the vehicle on it. Does that markup fluctuate on race and/or sex???? What are you trying to hide? Why can you not be open as to the pricing? Smells more rotten than an Alabama shrimp boat. read more

We took our Ford Focus in for transmission problems that plague every other focus, and luckily was still under warranty by 1000 miles. This was the dealership we bought the car from, and the past 5 or 6 times we brought it there for this problem they had never charged any diagnostic fees. A few days ago when our 19 year old daughter picked up the car, she was charged $60 for them to tell us that the screen didn't work (which we told them it didn't work before we brought it in because it had only lines in the screen and no mileage visible). Then she was charged another $60 to tell us that it was a problem with the clutch and not the transmission, even though it's doing the exact same thing it's done every other time. So for them to charge $120 to diagnose things that we didn't even ask about, and had never been charged for before is enough for us to never be a customer again. If you have to deal with them, don't wait until your warranty is almost out and definitely do not send a teenage girl to pick the car up, they will take full advantage. read more
