After having some bad experiences at laundromats on the Long Beach Peninsula we decided to try Marlin Ave Coin Laundry. Absolutely no comparison! My husband and I were greeted upon entering and we mentioned we were there for the first time. Then when our greeter noticed I was confused by the paying station, she patiently explained the process. This is my backup for when the Laundromat on the Long Beach Peninsula I regularly use is unavailable. It is very clean and has a RESTROOM which is super hard to find with these types of facilities. Machines take quarters (there is a very efficient change machine available) or you can load money via their automated app if you prefer to pay by Credit/Debit card. If you forget your soap/dryer sheets do not fear! There are vending machines on site with affordable supply to help you get the job done. 5 stars, will use again! read more

I rarely use laundromats but this place was a great experience. They had multiple sizes of washers and driers. It took 25 minutes to do a load of wash and their driers worked in 6 minute cycles. My laundry was dried in about 30 minutes. The place was open from 7:00 am-9:00 pm (last load at 8:15). I would recommend this to anyone in the area. read more

This is a great example of a good laundromat. Clean facility, good prices on washing machines & dryers, clean bathroom available, free WiFi, and a good location. Loss of star due to dryers didn't get it done on a 24 minute cycle. Damp clothes and only needed one more quarter (8 minutes) to dry. read more

I have been going to the Marlin laundromat since moving to the Astoria area in 2017. Ronda is one of the kindest people, that I know. She keeps the laundromat very clean and tidy. I have no doubt, that everyone that goes to the Marlin laundromat, feels like I do. GRATEFUL that Ronda is there. When the original owner had sold the laundromat. I have to say that I had been concerned that the New Owners - might not keep Ronda on. Once the remodeling was done & the laundromat was re-opened. I've used many laundromats in my day (all in Northern CA), but this is one of the nicer ones IMHO. First time using a laundromat on the Oregon Coast -- since our dryer needs a new timer, and the part doesn't arrive until next week -- so did a search & found this local place on Yelp. This spot is clean, spacious, with enough machines to go around, including the big ones for your giant loads/bulky stuff. Granted, it's a Friday morning and there are only two other customers in here, so I'm sure it can get crowded on the weekends. Prices are what you'd expect in any coin laundry, so my roll of quarters were plenty. Best of all: free wifi! 'Nuff said. I am the Rockman, and I approve this message. read more

New Fresh Look. This laundromat was sparklingly clean. All washers and dryers work and are good prices starting at $3.00 and graduate sizes to accommodate very large loads. Stainless steel counters to fold on, free wi-fi and Great bathroom, single use and very clean. The attendant was super helpful and I found out they also do Wash n Fold for a great price too, Convenient location just off HWY 101 in Warrenton. I met some people who drove from Seaside just to come to this laundromat because it is so much better. New owners did a nice job on this remodel. read more

Third time we have done laundry here. Keep coming back because lots of high capacity machines. One really large capacity machine. Lots of double load machines. All front load. Only two machine out of order! Several top load machines available also. Most times there's been an attendant who keeps an eye on things. Place is clean, clean restroom. TV works & toy box for little ones. This laundromat is usually very busy, but we've always gotten machines. Customers courteously stay in attendance moving their laundry thru the machines keeping them available. Machines are efficient and costs are reasonable. We highly recommend this business because if you have to do laundry outside of your home it's a pleasant experience! read more

Needed a large capacity dryer and it was a toss-up between this place and the one adjacent to the Warrenton Mini-mart. Popped in to see pricing and was lucky enough to meet the owner who was a damn nice guy and very talkative. Prices were equal, this place seems a wee bit less crowded and easier to move around in, so Marlin Ave. got our business. Not 24 hrs and next to a Mini Mart for your snacking urges, but comfortable, clean, and owned and operated by a local, hardworking guy who knows his machines and runs a square shop. He even gave me some advice on where to buy my next washer and dryer which I hope will not need to happen for a very long time. read more

Pretty good for a laundromat. The plants make it a little nicer atmosphere than most. We used the front facing washers and the large dryers. They were quicker than they usually are at other laundromats, and we fit 3 loads into one dryer and dried it in under and hour which was nice. read more

The children managed to go through the majority of their clothes in the first 3 days of a 9 day vacation. This was a VERY clean and well maintained facility. This place is so clean and inexpensive I'm glad I found it. I would suggest anybody trying to do laundry in the seaside area just drive the 12 miles over to Warrenton.
