i wasn't holding much hope for a quality laundromat in Westport. I was greatly surprised by this business. Very clean floors and machines. All machines were in excellent condition. The cost was $4 a load for washing and 25 cents for 5 minutes of drying time. I ran 2 loads for $6 a load. Excellent pricing. Attendant was really nice. The coin machine worked. This is the best clean laundromat I have ever been to with the more attentive and friendly attendants. While waiting, read one of the numerous books or magazines displayed and organized. Let your children play with the clean and nice toys or read fun books. If you forget laundry detergent, they have some for sale. Also at this laundromat, there is an arcade in the back. The change machine didn't like my new $5 bills this time but the attendant gave me a roll of quarters for them. They have you covered. I use the smaller machines in the front and pay $4. The dryers are .25 for five minutes. It's worth the 28 mile drive I do weekly while waiting on the house to be finished. There is one local to me but I will continue going to Westport Laundromat. read more

I visited the Westport Laundromat yesterday to wash three large comforters. It was a perfect experience. Machines were super efficient and prices were reasonable. Attendant was awesome. And there is an area in back to chill, have a snack and play games. I would totally recommend. read more

Clean with a waiting area with books and some toys for kids. 3 bucks for a medium-sized load and then dryers with 25 cents for 10 minutes. Despite the warning that commercial dryers are hotter, we found the high and medium heat settings to be appropriate for our (mostly cotton) clothes. Attendant was there but no need to interact with them. Not busy at all on a Monday afternoon, lots of parking. read more

One of the cleanest laundromats I have ever seen. The attendant was helpful and informative. He kept watch over the operations and made sure machines were kept clean. They have four different sizes of washing machines from one to four loads each. Dryers are all the same size and dry quite well. They have a change machine and supplies for purchase. I would have given it 5 stars except I feel like they need to clean their dryer vents more than once a day. A few times I've been in after someone was doing their Landry that had a lot of dig hair. And I had hair on my clothes after washing and drying. For the most part if you use the more expensive machines, I feel like your clothes get much cleaner. The prices are pretty steep as they just jumped up in price. 4.00 is the lowest 4.25 7.00& 9.00 loads it's ,. 25 cents for 5 min. We live a few hrs away but have always heard Westport is the place to be for surfing in the PNW. We finally stopped in Westport to do some cold weather surfing - got a few other things wet due to a leak in my wetsuit bag. Stopped off here to run a load so we wouldn't have soggy mildewed clothing when we got home. This is the cleanest/nicest laundromat I have ever been too. For a small town laundromat, this facility was sparkling clean! Very nice front load washers. The dryers were typical of what you see in laundromats, large enough to hold two washer loads. No change machine, but if you need quarters, they can give you "rolls" of quarters. That was a nice feature. Can't always trust change machines. Now, the price was a bit steep! $3 to wash! Drying was 25 cents for 5 minutes. Basically a half hour was $1.50. However, if you are drying towels, I recommend you spend $2 for 40 minutes, or maybe $1.75 for 35 minutes. Thirty minutes just didn't seem to do it for a large load of towels mixed with clothes, but was plenty of time for sheets and underwear. Let's just say, four washer loads of laundry cost me $15 total for washing and drying. YIKES! No place to park an RV here. But if you are staying at a nearby RV park, more than likely you would be doing laundry there, and not here. I drove here in a car. read more

This is a wonderful Laundromat. When you go camping and need to feel clean or for those larger loads that you don't want to do at home, this is the place that you want to go to wash and dry your clothes or comforters. DO NOT GO HERE. Dryer scorched our sheets, turning them brown and leaving a burnt mark about 4" in diameter on the fitted one. As it was our only set of sheets, we had to drive to Aberdeen that afternoon and buy new ones. The owner refused to reimburse us for even part of the cost of new sheets, claiming there was no evidence of machine malfunction. Huh. Must have been our fault. read more

Westport laundromat is the nicest laundry facility I have ever been too. There is beautiful artwork covering all the walls. The machines are very clean, there is always an attendant present to assist in all aspects. I was in town on numerous occasions both for surfing and fishing and always ended up doing my laundry here before heading home. Easy access and convenient. read more
