We went in last night in search of hiking shoes/boots and found a really nice Merrell brand. I need to peruse other stores in SV to compare quality and prices but I would probably go back to Encore to purchase as I really like the pair I tried on. The only gripe I have is the customer service. We walked in and sales associates were organizing shoes, made eye contact with us; however, no greeting nor did not ask if we needed assistance. It was 8pm, an one before closing but still. 3 stars for the store and zero star for customer service.

I was there yesterday and found some beautiful shirts in the jewel tone colors I love. They also have a nice selection of scarves and shoes. The jewelry selection isn't as large at the Sierra Vista store but I was able to find a pair of pretty earrings for $3.99. Most of their summer stuff is on sale but the fall and winter clothes are priced mostly below $20. Customer service is great. I've never had a bad experience there. I go to Douglas maybe once a month but I always make sure to stop by Cato's and do some shopping.
