Honestly on of the worst services I have ever received. When I first got tailored for my uniform I was told that the prices would include everything I needed for my future order for my branch and when I did call after I got my MOS, they told me I had to pay for that. I still do not know if I paid extra and the two people I talked to over the phone did not give me a straight answer. I was told I would get a call back and did not for 2 weeks, had to call them back, and then get information. Once, they shipped out my package and told me I would receive a tracking number. Never got it. Had to call them BACK, and then they sent the tracking number to me. Package never came and called them back and a girl named Jessie wanted to have an attitude with me and said it wasn't their problem anymore. She told me she would get back to me, but after being lied to about that more than 3 times about getting a call or email back, I had to make her tell me when she would get back to me and who her supervisor is in case she doesn't. I'm really disappointed with how much Marlow and White doesn't care about their customers, and because all their customers are military, seems like they don't care to treat their military with any respect or professionalism. Not ever doing business with them again, I'd rather order a whole new ASU with another company than have to deal with ordering even a name tag from them ever again. read more

Definitely satisfied with the service! My ASUs were made to my body shape and they fit amazingly. Marlow White offers three different types of fabrics. They also offer package specials which is awesome for those of us who get a clothing allowance. I had a great experience while getting fitted for my ASUs. The turn around time was very fast for pick up. When I went to pick them up the staff had me try on everything to make sure it all looked right and fit well. If I ever have to get another set made or have these altered I will definitely come back to Marlow White. I recommend this place to all Army personnel if you plan on staying in the service a while!! read more

I was at FDIC this past week in Indianapolis. A local retired Fire Chief, and personal friend had passed away, and his funeral was today. I told them the story and they offered to help me out. They took my measurements right there in the hallway and sent them via email to their store in Leavenworth Kansas. This was Friday at about 1pm. They had it shipped overnight to my hotel in Indianapolis. It arrived at 9:09am. on Saturday. I was able to take a custom fitted uniform home with me for today's service. I had so many compliments of how awesome it looked. I don't think I could have had any better service. Thank you to all who were involved. I couldn't be happier! read more

The worst customer service in the world! Made me wait around for 30 mins before offering to wait on me. I had scheduled an appointment for a fitting and when they pulled my appointment details said they needed 31 days to complete any sewing completed and three weeks to add one oak leaf to my MSM on my ribbon rack. This the same place that when my father-in-law died refused to sell me a pair of socks unless I purchased a uniform package. read more

Terrible customer service!!! The Assistant Manger at this location was VERY unfriendly had an attitude the moment I walk in. Nothing like the prior location. Customer Service was outside there! Speaking from a person with over 30yrs of Active Duty Service and still serving! Ridiculous!!! read more

I am an ADSM and have been stationed all over the world. I always come back to Marlow White. I never take the time to leave reviews but was compelled to after my great experience today! I was in the store today and the staff was nothing but friendly and welcoming. I have received nothing but excellent service from this staff. Most recently I needed a uniform tailored on short notice and the business was in the process of relocating. The staff went above and beyond in order to make that happen for me. Ordered full ASUs from here in group package. They used to measure us but this year we had to measure ourselves. Really? Measure ourselves for a $600+ dress uniform? There were over 50 of us and they made no effort to help us. The uniforms came in, the pants were literally 2 feet too long. Nothing was sewn on, not any sleeve decorations or clips for the rank on shoulders so I get to pay a tailor to sew these on for me. Further, they offer no "tune ups" so I get to also pay for adjustments that are wrong for everything else that needs to be fitted. Lastly, many people in our group (by many, I mean more than 50%) were missing at least 1 item. Usually these items were refunded instead of being sent quickly to the consumer so that person waited forever for an expensive uniform for it to be all jacked up, not even close for wear, and missing items. I do not recommend... Better off going to the PX. read more

After 10 years of service, a promotion to the field grade ranks, and significant time spent in the Army Service Uniform I bought (online) from Marlow White as a lieutenant, it was time to buy a new ASU and Mess Dress. With the Marlow White - Virginia store relatively nearby my last duty station, I made a stop before I left the area to order new uniforms. They measured me, as they should, and determined I had gone from a 42" chest size to a 48" chest! I was a little suspicious of their measuring, but went with it since they're the experts. I arrived at my new duty station and my new ASU and Mess Dress arrived in the mail a month later. They were HUGE! I paid more than $1500 for a new ASU and Mess Dress plus tailoring, and had to spend another $200 on having these uniforms tailored again once they arrived. Marlow White carries quality products, but their salespeople are either incompetent at best, or dishonest at worst. I'll never shop there again! read more

I ordered my ASU's at the end of January in the store. Every employee was nice and respectful even though I did not have an appointment. I explained that I will commission in May and need the ASU's by the middle of March to give time for inspections and alterations, II was told this would not be an issue. After waiting 2 months I finally received word after numerous calls that they would not be able to send me my ASU's till May, of course this message was given to me after they received payment. Please do not listen to the guarantees or what they have in stock, I was assured things would go smoothly and it has been everything but smooth. read more
