We were told prior to placement that there would be a warranty of 12,000 miles/12 months by Carl. Who is lets just say very unprofessional, to say the least. At the end of the day around their close time he told us with sustain that he was DONE messing with our car, even though it was not finished. As a result the business owner/partner came out and reminded him that we were payed customers and to show some professionalism. On our day back home, two tires lost tread leaving wires exposed and the probabilities of a flat. Two days later a bubble surfaced on a third tire in the front passenger side, and sure enough driving down the freeway it blew! THIS MAKES THREE-3 tires newly purchased needing to be replaced, all within one week. The BEST PART, when I called Carl to let him know he denied the warranty, refused to replace or refund anything. Then continued to verbally bash me, using profanities and hung up right after telling me GOOD LUCK! When I called back he continued to hang up on me and I quote,"I can do this all day little girl". SO AGAIN BEWARE OF THIS "SHOP" they will take your money, rip you off and be completely unremorseful about it. P.s. when I took it to a legit automotive facility, the back tires were put on backwards which lead to the tread loss and exposure. Only placing a star bc its required. They don't deserve that.

They were able to figure out my A/C problem and fix it in less time than the dealership would've taken and the price was more than half of what the dealership would've asked for. I recommend their services to anybody! I drive a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and have been having issues related to my A/C not working. It has been blowing hot air since December of 2025. With the summer heat finally upon us the windows down wasn't gonna cut it. I took my Toyota to Firestone in town to try and fix the issue for them to just replace my compressor and tell me that I'll have to look elsewhere since they don't deal with dashes. So, I found Crow's and called them up. They were able to fit me in last Thursday (04 June 2026) to see what the issue was with my A/C. Gary kept me well informed on what the issues were or could be and the price estimates that I could be looking at for each course of action. Kevin is the man when it comes to A/C and was able to get my Toyota fixed and blowing colder than it ever has! Truly trust the work these gentlemen put into my vehicle.
