We live in OKC and actually drive down to this Hyundai dealer. We have bought a 2020 Santa Fe through the salesperson Chris, and then a couple of weeks ago a 2020 Sonata Limited through the salesperson Adam. I have to say that both buying experiences were absolutely wonderful. Chris and Adam were both very helpful. I know that the dealerships make money when financing through them, however, since we were paying cash, they didn't have many options but still managed to lower the price of the car. We greatly appreciate how responsive and fast our visit was at this dealership! Our visit was from a bit ago when their office was in a temporary building. They were able to squeeze us in to check up on an issue with our Veloster and troubleshoot it. Unfortunately, towards the end of the visit, the guy at the desk had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to get the answers we needed, but it all worked out; we still had time to explore the area for the rest of the day. I drove my Veloster in because it was running rough. They took it into the shop. In 30 minutes they had it checked out and because my compression was low in needed a new engine. $5,000+. I suspected something was not right here so I took it to Les McKenzie Auto Repair and a day later it just needed new fuel injectors and coils. Less than a 10th to get me back on the road. Do not trust Billingsley Hyundai service. This wasn't the first time they tried to screw me over. read more

Absolutely outstanding. My father was in the market for a 2018 Santa Fe. He currently resides in the San Antonio, TX area and the pricing just did not compare to what Billingsley Hyundai was offering. I live in Lawton and decided to contact our dealership to see what the pricing is here in comparison to the Texas area. The difference was so extreme that my father bought a one way ticket to Lawton, OK to pick up his new vehicle. This was the most pleasant experience buying a vehicle because the transaction was completely transparent. There was no going back and forth with the manager, haggling, or any of the annoying things you encounter with buying a car. We asked for the final price with our tags, title, and taxes and got it. Grannon Billingsley was my point of contact for details on our vehicle options and he supplied me with everything we needed to go forward with our day notice of arrival of buying the vehicle. I contacted him on a Thursday and left with the vehicle on Friday. That's how smooth the transaction was!!!! Chris, the salesman took care of us and explained all the high tech upgrades that would've been a learning curve for my father. He was patient, caring, and displayed the ultimate professionalism. We got a call a call 30 minutes after our transaction from Natalie, the financial manager. Long story short, my father's 2013 Sante Fe that he purchased at Billingsley crashed en route to Texas on a semi truck transporting his vehicle overseas for my father's orders back in 2015. The car was considered a total loss and the payout on his vehicle from his insurance company and the semi's company was well under the amount of his paid off vehicle. Gap insurance would've been nice here... Natalie called us after hearing this story while in the office and informed my father he DID have GAP insurance and he will be starting the process of getting that difference back! Natalie did research on my father's past purchase after we purchased the 2018 and already well out of he dealership. She went out of her way to do this research on something that happened 5 years ago and this is why my father, mother, and I will always be a Billingsley customer for life. I will fly from any city or state for their business. Hyundai's are excellent vehicles, best warranties, everyone cares, there's transparency here, my maintenance appointments has always been smooth with my 2015 Sonata, and yesterday's experience makes me their lifetime customer. I had a scheduled appointment for 10:30 AM to fix my F150 truck sun roof, which would not close. I'm still sitting here and it's going on 2 o'clock. Sadly, this is my second trip here as during the first trip, which also cost me fours hours waiting, they determined that they didn't have the part to repair the sunroof and had to order it in. Then they forgot to call me to tell me that the part had arrived. I only learned that when I called them. Remember, my sun roof is open... Now, after four hours of further waiting, they shared that there was a mix up today and they haven't started on my truck. Maybe I am too demanding, but it would seem that if you spent $60,000 to purchase a truck the service for a couple dollar part should happen in less than two trips and two days sitting in the Billingsley waiting room listening to game shows. read more

These people are rude and a fraud. Service Is horrible, workers are rude, and most of all their repairs are half done jobs. Then I get blamed for their mistakes. I've heard so many bad things about this place... But never had I ever thought a dealership would try so hard to put out a bad name. If you want some advice.. Take your money and business elsewhere. After trying to start our Sonata and it only clicked , I had the battery checked at O'Reillys and Auto Zone . Both checked battery and alternator and they checked out good ! You could turn the key off and on 5 or 6 times and the starter would finally kick in and start the car. Took it to Billingsley in Lawton, Ok. and they said they had forgotten to put a "sleeve" on the positive post when they worked on the car before ! Next morning car won;t turn over until going thru on and off procedure ! Had car wreckered to Billingsley and the wrecker driver when he saw I could go thru the on and off deal and car would start said "You have a bad starter " Billingsleys supervisor over BOTH Ford and Hyundai service called and said "Bad starter arm. You can pick it up tomorrow !" We go after car and supervisor Jason had changed and said BATTERY . Car is 300 miles from being out of warranty. We spend about $130 on a battery and the next day -- car won't start !! Had friend replace starter and car works fine .. Now we can trade this Korean joke for a car off ! If you buy from Billingsley Ford or Hyundai -- THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT !! read more
