They had a lot of the floating cabinets which is the new thing. But what I don't like about the Italian modern look was that a lot of the cabinet was ahigh gloss look. When my contractor went to pick up the vanity, the unit they gave him was completely different -- it didn't even have the side door. When we called the store to fix the issue, instead of taking responsibility for selling the wrong item, they told us it was "too late" and that the size vanity we bought doesn't come with a door. If that's the case, then why was it sold to us that way in the first place? Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive, and they showed zero interest in correcting their mistake. For a business that sells bathroom fixtures, you would expect them to at least stand behind what they sell. Because of this experience, I will never purchase anything from this store again and I strongly recommend that others shop elsewhere if you want honest service and products that match what you were promised
