When my contractor went to pick up the vanity, the unit they gave him was completely different -- it didn't even have the side door. When we called the store to fix the issue, instead of taking responsibility for selling the wrong item, they told us it was "too late" and that the size vanity we bought doesn't come with a door. If that's the case, then why was it sold to us that way in the first place? Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive, and they showed zero interest in correcting their mistake. For a business that sells bathroom fixtures, you would expect them to at least stand behind what they sell. Because of this experience, I will never purchase anything from this store again and I strongly recommend that others shop elsewhere if you want honest service and products that match what you were promised

Although our new kitchen, bar and dining buffet were exceptional, there were a few issues. The company assessed our feedback and shipped new components to update our home without penalty. The provide design services (Gabby in Ft Lauderdale is not only a great designer, she's also good at putting guide rails on our ideas that she felt would not look right -- and she was dead right). They're a bit more expensive but these cabinets will last a lifetime and look beautiful in any home. The product and service are worth every penny.

I contacted the company many times about what happened and sent photos, and after Alvin came to see the doors in person, he said he'd send them to the manufacturer in Italy and replace the doors. Nevertheless, he never sent anyone to pick up the doors and never contacted me again regarding the doors. I called the owner of the company of Italkraft, Alex, with whom I also shared the photos and ongoing, irresponsive text conversations with his employer, and he then guaranteed that he'd replace the doors. That never happened and when I reached out about it Shortly he said that he couldnt find the deposited checks and therefore could not give me service. Even though the company's administrative organizational issues are completely not my problem, I sent him a photo of the check I did have a photo of. I also have clear bank statements that show deductions for the payment installments requested and made to Italkraft. The owner already acknowledged the issue and has been aware of me as a client since the beginning but now does not want to complete the service that was promised under the excuse that he cannot find the checks. Now I have broken and tarnished doors that were paid for fully, no customer service or anyone to speak with.

Feedback Regarding My Experience - Floor & Decor Store #122, Doral, FL…read more I recently made a purchase at Floor & Decor Store #122, located at 2525 NW 82nd Ave, Doral, FL 33122, for a bathroom remodeling project. At the time of purchase, I was told that my order would be ready for pickup in approximately one hour. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting nearly two hours to receive my merchandise. When my order was finally ready, I was assisted by an employee named Marco and another young employee. Both displayed an attitude that came across as unprofessional and as though they were not interested in providing good customer service. At one point, I even had the impression that they expected me to load the merchandise into my own vehicle, even though loading the customer's purchase is part of the pickup service, as I have experienced at other Floor & Decor locations. What concerned me the most was the careless way the merchandise was handled. The young employee threw bags of Keraflex weighing approximately 44 pounds each into my truck, causing one of the bags to break and covering the entire interior of my vehicle with dust. He also attempted to place a piece of porcelain tile underneath several boxes, which could have caused the porcelain tile to crack or break. When I asked him not to place it that way, he became visibly upset instead of simply correcting how the items were being loaded. After finishing, the employee walked away without even saying goodbye. I want to point out that I originally intended to give the employee a $50 tip for his assistance. However, after the excessive wait, the attitude displayed, and especially the careless handling of my merchandise, I did not feel that the service deserved a tip. I have purchased from other Floor & Decor locations before and expected a much higher level of customer service. Employees working in the pickup and loading area represent Floor & Decor and should treat customers with professionalism and respect while also handling their merchandise with appropriate care. I hope the management at Store #122 will review what happened, including the behavior of the employees involved and the procedures being followed when loading customers' purchases into their vehicles. I am providing this feedback not simply to express my frustration, but because I believe this situation should be addressed so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
