They had a lot of the floating cabinets which is the new thing. But what I don't like about the Italian modern look was that a lot of the cabinet was ahigh gloss look. When we called the store to fix the issue, instead of taking responsibility for selling the wrong item, they told us it was "too late" and that the size vanity we bought doesn't come with a door. If that's the case, then why was it sold to us that way in the first place? Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive, and they showed zero interest in correcting their mistake. For a business that sells bathroom fixtures, you would expect them to at least stand behind what they sell. Because of this experience, I will never purchase anything from this store again and I strongly recommend that others shop elsewhere if you want honest service and products that match what you were promised

The quality of the work and materials did not meet expectations. After approximately 4 years of normal use, the cabinets are showing clear signs of deterioration, which is concerning given the timeframe. The installation process was also not up to the standard I expected, and at times the installers were not professional in their conduct. From there, the process was completely smooth. Fanny had helped me to pick out cabinet colors, countertop, and handles. Nurian, the designer, even took a late request to include spacing for a dishwasher that I had forgotten to mention. The installation was on schedule, a very reasonable timeframe from picking out the materials. Everything came out great, and I was very happy with the finished product.
