I…read moreproceeded to checkout to get the item and I had signed the receipt for original sale price(which was cheaper) and was a about to pay when another man came out and snatched the sale from his employee and began to state that he told me that he was selling me the same phone for a costly price. I said he just printed the receipt and I signed for the cheaper price. He then swipes the signed receipt away and says I have the pay his price which is 30 bucks more. I noticed they had given me a different phone case aswell but I didnt want to argue anymore so i just walked out after I paid for my item. (they also had a sale that said buy one get the other item half off) i dont believe they honored that either. When I asked about he said I had to buy two cases and it clearly stayed buy one item get the other half off!! This is my 2nd time dealing with them, and once again bad experience. The first time they sold me a phone they said that would work with most apps. But turned out to be a real sh it and slow phone and couldn't download much to it at all.. I wouldn't buy from them again at all. They aren't trustworthy and they just try to swindle u anyway they can so that they can make a sale.

My new fibre optic line to my residence was not functioning properly. I would often get…read moreinterruptions in Internet service or else it would be very slow. I called customer service but could not leave either a voicemail or speak with a representative. They said they were experiencing "a higher than normal volume of calls". I called several times over a period of days and could never get through to a customer representative. Nor did they have their online chat or their callback service activated. I guess I will have to go down there in person to speak with them. For charging over $100 a month, the service is abysmal.

I e-mailed them a copy of the ad and printed off one to bring with me the next morning. The ad was supposed to be for a new store opening elsewhere, but it didn't state this. So they sold me the two Race Cars at the sale price and threw in batteries for my trouble and travel.
